Orangeville Honda is proud to announce its participation in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s on Sunday, May 31, 2026. This inspiring event brings together communities across Ontario to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s research, care, and support programs. For those affected by Alzheimer’s, every step taken at this walk represents hope, progress, and a commitment to making a tangible difference in lives impacted by the disease.
Supporting a Vital Mission
The IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s is more than just a walk! It's a mission to:
- Raising critical funds for Alzheimer’s research and programs supporting families and caregivers.
- Providing support services for people living with all forms of dementia, helping them and their families live as well as possible.
- Promoting awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, and supporting Canada’s national dementia strategy to improve research and quality care
Since 1989, the Alzheimer Society has invested over $59 million in dementia research, funding both biomedical studies and programs that improve quality of life for those affected.
